Optimization...

Tweaking and fine tuning a campaign saves our clients valuable money (ex: spending money on the right dayparts for banner placement). When we’ve completed our monitoring phase, we will determine, from volumes of data that will help us to optimize your campaign.

Here is an example: Emails are not opening as much as we’d expect. With this, we may find that the people who do open the emails are engaging with the email content well but not enough are opening it. Our theory would be to look at the subject line of the email. We would likely test it.
